Meridiana
The Melbourne School of Tarantella is celebrating their 10 year anniversary. Come down to Twosixty and join us on Sunday 20th of March.
There will be plenty of music and dance for all!
When: 20th March, 12-4pm
Social Media →- When:
- Sunday the 20th of Mar - 2022
12:00pm to 04:00pm

The event is called Meridiana to pay homage to the imaginary line on the earth's surface reaching from the south pole to the north pole. Where we are, Australia, to the homeland of the dances we teach, learn and share: Italy.
Featuring:
Dance performances from the Melbourne School of tarantella's troupe.
Sanacori duo (Rosa and Renato) + guests. Poetic songs of love & resistance from Italy.
The Rustica Project. Modern Taranta-pop & traditional Italian folk music. Vibrant vocals & rhythms designed for dancing!
A dance ritual workshop for the community.
We'll also have an opportunity to look back, laugh (and cry?) at the journey of the last 10 years!
