1pm-3pm Sunday
January 23rd & Feb 13th.
Weave intention into the new public space with Veisinia Tonga.
- When:
- Sunday the 23rd of Jan - 2022
01:00pm to 03:00pm
Learn how to weave flax and palms for eco-friendly decor and transform your hands from unknowing hands to creative hands through training and practice! Veisinia uses what we weave to decorate and weave intention into the Twosixty site.
Veisinia Tonga is a Kakala (plant material) artist exploring how the cultural practice of weaving and assembly can be evolved in the diaspora using foreign and traditional plants.
This is a covid safe outdoor workshop proudly supported by Moreland City Council.
